Do you offer full-service planning or only month-of coordination?
We specialize exclusively in month-of wedding coordination. This allows couples who enjoy planning to manage the creative and logistical decisions, while we step in to execute the final month and wedding day seamlessly. We can recommend amazing full-service planners to you, just let us know your requirements.
When should we book month-of coordination?
Most couples book 6–12 months before their wedding date to secure availability, but we officially begin coordination 4–6 weeks out. If your date is sooner, reach out soon. Last-minute bookings are often possible if we have the availability.
What does a month-of wedding coordinator actually do?
We manage vendor communication, timelines, layouts, rehearsal, light setup, and day-of logistics. Our goal is to make sure everything runs smoothly so you don’t have to direct vendors, check on details, or troubleshoot during your celebration. We essentially take care of all those little things that really pile up and can easily leave you feeling over whelmed on your wedding day.
Is month-of coordination the same as “day-of coordination”?
Not quite. “Day-of” coordination is a common term, but successful execution requires planning weeks in advance. Our service begins about a month before the wedding, ensuring vendors are aligned and the timeline is locked in well before the big day.
Will you help with decor setup and breakdown?
Yes, within reasonable scope. We oversee styling details such as signage, escort cards, guest book tables, and small décor items. For large-scale installations, we coordinate with florists, rental companies, and specialty vendors to ensure proper setup and teardown. We are there as a hands-on guide, assisting with light setup when needed.
Do you handle private estate or non-traditional venues?
Absolutely. Month-of coordination is especially valuable for private estates, backyard weddings, and non-traditional spaces where staffing and logistics are more complex than at traditional venues.
