What is the venue capacity?

Our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests for both ceremony and reception. Capacity may vary slightly depending on your layout, rentals, and event design, and we’re happy to help guide you through the best setup for your guest count.


What is your weather contingency plan?

We offer flexible backup options in case of inclement weather. We have an outdoor event tent available for your reception at no additional cost. Our team works closely with couples in advance to identify a Plan B. Weather decisions are typically finalized 24–48 hours before your event to ensure the best experience for you and your guests.


Are there vendor requirements or restrictions?

Yes. All vendors must be licensed and insured, with certificates of insurance provided prior to the event. For florals, couples are required to book our in-house floral team, Light & Well, with a $2,000 minimum order. Certain vendors such as bartenders and catering staff must meet specific venue and local regulations.


Is the venue accessible?

We strive to be as accommodating as possible. Although our property is relatively large, we offer golf cart rides to and from the parking lot for guests with specific accessibility needs. Please reach out in advance so we can confirm accommodations and make thoughtful arrangements for guests.


What parking is available for guests?

On-site parking is available for guests and vendors. For larger events, we may recommend carpooling or ride-share services to ensure smooth arrival and departure. Detailed parking instructions will be provided prior to your event.


Are there nearby accommodations for guests?

Yes! There are several hotels, vacation rentals, and short-term stays located within a short drive of the venue. Many couples choose to provide guests with a curated list of nearby lodging options for convenience.


Do you allow overnight stays, and what are the noise and timeline policies?

Select bookings may include the option for an overnight stay at the venue. Overnight accommodations must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability and additional terms. All events must conclude by the contracted end time, and quiet hours begin at 10:30 PM. After this time, music and amplified sound must end, and overnight guests are expected to be respectful of noise levels. Final event timelines, including setup and breakdown, will be confirmed prior to your wedding date.
