FAQ’S

Is there an extra fee for a custom order or if I want to request design changes to the existing packages?

No, we do not add extra fees for custom designs. We understand that every event is unique and are never fully the same.


Do you require a minimum spend?

Yes, to ensure we are able to provide our most excellent service we require a minimum of $7,000 before tax.


Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! At no additional charge, we break your payments into three. Once the design planning process is complete, we will send you a proposal for your total wedding package. If you decide to book with us, we will collect a 25% deposit from you and the remaining balance will be paid on a payment plan.


Can I take the flowers home after my wedding?

Yes! You will find in your quote that all the vases will be available for purchase, which allows for you and your guests to take your flowers home.


Do you offer delivery, set-up and flower repurposing from ceremony to reception?

Delivery, set-up and repurposing included in all of our packages. Additional delivery fees vary for events located outside our local area.


Do you deliver wedding flowers to venues outside of Southern California?

We want to ensure our flowers maintain longevity and quality so we currently only deliver to Southern California at this time.
